Feeling lonely? You’re not alone! Experts say we’re facing an epidemic of loneliness and isolation. More and more people feel disconnected from the people around them, but it doesn’t have to be that way. Social connection is the key—it helps us replace feelings of loneliness with closeness, belonging, and support.

In this workshop, you’ll learn small steps and handy tools for building better social connections at work and at home. We’ll also address common barriers to connection and how to overcome them in ways that feel true to who you are and what you need.
