Event Description:

Every person’s brain is unique, kind of like a fingerprint. However, our jobs often fail to account for the diverse ways people learn, work, communicate, or manage their environment.

In this workshop, you’ll explore the full experience of neurodiversity at work. This includes appreciating the benefits, overcoming the challenges, and learning how to support yourself. You’ll walk away with actionable strategies for thriving at work while protecting your mental health. This workshop is especially helpful for those who know or suspect they might be neurodivergent.

This free webinar is offered through University Employee Assistance Program provider Lyra Health. Learn more about Lyra.

Presenter: Zander Keig is an award-winning social worker. He has delivered conflict mitigation, diversity and inclusion, and emotional wellbeing workshops for over 30 years.
