When you need help making decisions about your health or the health of a family member, consider a call to Medica CallLink. You'll be connected to an experienced nurse or health care advisor for information and advice about general health issues, self-care for minor injuries or illnesses. or finding a new provider. CallLink is open 24 hours a day.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides confidential professional consultation and referral services to address any personal or work concern that may be affecting your wellbeing. You can receive up to eight sessions at no cost if eligible. You can find more information here.

Lactation Resources

The University wants to support new mothers who need to express milk while on campus. You can find lactation and breastfeeding/chestfeeding resources including maps of pumping spaces and how to make work arrangements to pump during the workday on the U's lactation support page.

Ergonomic Resources

The University offers many ergonomic resources for employees including a free workstation self-assessment and ergonomics training.
