Effective Immediately: New Protocol for Rescinding Job Offers
Due to the increased institutional risk of rescinding job offers (public employer/employee relationship), potential legal claims, and possible breach of contract, all potential job rescind situations must go through an ELR consult before initiating. This change is effective immediately. To begin the consultation, HR Leads should email the rationale for the rescission and a copy of the signed offer letter to the appropriate Senior ELR Consultant.
