Getting Assistance
Your first point of contact for any human resources issue is your college or administrative unitās HR professional, who is familiar with the policies and procedures specific to your unit. When additional support is needed, HR leaders may contact the Employee and Labor Relations (ELR) consultant responsible for the relevant area of expertise.
If your college/unit's HR lead advises you to contact an Employee Relations consultant in the Office of Human Resources, please identify the topic and contact the Employee Relations consultant with that expertise.
