- Bottom line: This change will move several approval processes into one online HRMS place and feature:
- A more modern look and feel
- Adjusts to different screen sizes and is easier to read and use on mobile phones and tablets
- Allows for multiple transactions to be approved at the same time for more efficiency
- Will extend support from the University’s vendor to ensure software functionality
- By the numbers:
- 350,000 absence requests (including cancellations) are made annually requiring 5,900 manager or delegate approval
- 60,000 employees are eligible to receive a delegation request
- 1,000 delegation requests are made annually
- 4,100 job offers made online annually by 300 recruitment users
