Resources for Navigating Uncertainty and Change 

A team consisting of partners from Benefits, ELR, Lyra, and Virgin Pulse came together to develop a toolkit for employees experiencing the challenges change can sometimes bring and the supervisors helping them navigate this transition. Topics include resilience, mindful leadership, effective communication, wellness, and self-care. 

As units are moving through the PEAK process in different phases, your employees may be experiencing this change in different ways. Because you and your managers are on the front lines of this work, you best know the needs of your individual employees and the best way to support them, so please empower your supervisors to make use of these resources and share with their employees as they wish.
