HR Update
The Civil Service Seniority Units roster has been updated and reformatted for the first time since October 2011. You can find it on the OHR webpage. The updated seniority unit list is an Excel spreadsheet with three tabs. The first tab provides a high-level list of seniority units. The second tab provides the ability to view the complete details of each seniority unit down to the Dept ID level. The third tab provides a reference that lists all Dept IDs in order, together with the associated seniority unit. Linking each Dept ID to a seniority unit ensures that all Dept IDs are accounted for in the list, and makes it easier to run reports to identify every employee in a given seniority unit. It also will make it easier to to update in the future as new Dept IDs and other organizational units are added, deleted, or moved.
