Learn about University resources available to support your wellbeing! You’ll meet representatives from the following groups:
- Bakken Center for Spirituality and Healing: Try breathing exercises, set an intention, and connect with nature. Plus, learn about Bakken Center programming.
- Department of Public Safety: Get an overview of safety measures on campus.
- Gopher Athletics: Snap a photo with Goldy!
- Libraries: Find out what you have access to through University Libraries, such as meditation and sensory-friendly spaces, makerspaces for crafting, and audiobook loans.
- Occupational Therapy Program: Learn how to set up your home office to reduce strain and injuries. (The Occupational Therapy Program is part of the College of Pharmacy.)
- Parking and Transportation Services: Get to know biking resources available through PTS, and learn about biking on and off campus.
- Recreation and Wellness: Enter for free day passes, play cornhole, and learn more about the perks of RecWell gym membership.
- SKY Campus Happiness Retreat: Discover the benefits of Sudarshan Kriya Yoga, including decreasing stress and anxiety.
- Student Organic Farm and Organic Products: Buy fresh produce and wellness items.
- Wellbeing Program: Get a voucher for 500 Wellbeing Points and learn about the program.
Plus, you’ll be serenaded by a Music department brass quintet. And, get food from Nautical Bowls and Thai Thai Street Food!
