John Mark Lucas is the transportation programs manager for the Twin Cities campus. A former transportation engineer and planner with over 30 years of consulting experience, he enjoys being directly involved in the commute of over 80,000 students and employees. He works campuswide to develop and promote sustainable transportation programs.
