HR Update

Updated process for pay change notices

Starting June 24, the way you receive pay change notices will change. The University is transitioning to a fully automated system.

What’s changing:

  • Pay change notices will now come automatically by email from [email protected].
  • The email will link to the Employee Pay Change dashboard so you can view your pay information. Bookmark this link to view the dashboard anytime.
  • Note: These automatic notices don’t apply to University of Minnesota Physicians (UMP) employees or some types of additional pay.

Why this matters:

  • You’ll get faster updates whenever your pay changes.
  • This change helps the University streamline operations and improve compliance tracking.
