A Changing HR Service Model
For most faculty and staff in Phase 1, the process for requesting services (below) will not change.
The timing for when requests are submitted for these services will change and need to be made seven (7) business days before the effective date. Look for more information from your loca HR staff and leadership on timing for requesting these services if they are in a Phase 1 campus, college, or unit.
The HR processes that will change are:
- Post a position
- Hire an employee
- Employment changes
- End appointments
- Reclassify a position
- Background check requests
- Manage Persons of Interest
