Amber DeVries - Human Resources Consultant, CSOM
The PMCP was a great opportunity to explore all of the aspects of the University's performance management process and how the pieces fit together to move our organization forward. This was also a great opportunity to meet other HR professionals throughout the University and to get to know them on a deeper level as you worked together in the cohorts.
Sheri Stone - HR Director, Extension
Not only was the PMCP pivotal for me as a learning and development professional, the program provided a roadmap for all of University Services to reimagine performance management.
