2023 Employee Engagement Survey
An estimated 74% of all employees participated in the 2023 Employee Engagement Survey providing valuable insights into their experience of working for the University of Minnesota system.
Employee Engagement In Action
A survey alone does not create positive change . It is the responsibility of leaders to review/share the results and work with supervisors to turn those insights into action. Only involving leaders, faculty, and staff in responding to survey results can create positive change in the work environment. Results must be shared . Disengagement begins when people who take time to respond to a survey don't hear their results from their leaders.Take action . A few small, simple actions can have a big impact. Create a plan and let faculty and staff know when action is taken based on their survey feedback.
