In January 2024, leaders and supervisors will have access to the results of the 2023 Employee Engagement Survey. An estimated 74% of all employees participated in the survey providing valuable insights into their experience of working for the University of Minnesota system.
It is the responsibility of leaders to review/share the results and work with supervisors to turn those insights into action by celebrating the positive and addressing the opportunities for meaningful change.
