Supervisory Development Program includes flexible online leadership education for faculty and staff who supervise the work of others. The program helps supervisors to become more effective in areas such as feedback and coaching, managing performance, addressing conflict, and building employee engagement.
- New Supervisor Orientation – designed to support new supervisors in understanding what it means to supervise at the University of Minnesota and to build skills to lead and manage their direct reports effectively.
- Supervisory Foundations – Supervisors can build their skills and confidence in the foundations of supervision by enrolling in the online, self-paced certificate course or the 12-week facilitated course.

Leadership Consulting Services - The Talent Strategy Center of Expertise (TSCoE) team maintains a community of external consultants specializing in leadership coaching and consultation in more than a dozen specialties. Each consultant has an understanding of the academic world and has been identified as well-prepared to work with leaders at the University.
