2023-2024 Wellbeing Program Year

The 2023-2024 Wellbeing Program year comes with several exciting changes. Like last year, employees on the University's medical plan can earn a discount of $500-750. This year all part- and full-time employees, regardless if you have a medical plan, can access resources, including: 

  • On-demand video fitness, mindfulness, and nutrition classes through Wellbeats
  • Mindfulness practices and resources
  • Webinars on budgeting, saving for retirement, career development, and more
  • Recipes, tips, social groups, habit trackers, and other tools to help you build your wellbeing
