Updated Minnesota Minimum Wage Posters for 2023

The MN Department of Labor has released updated minimum wage posters. The 2023 posters are available in multiple languages (Chinese, English, Hmong, Somali, and Spanish) and have been added to the ELR webpage. Please be sure that the physical minimum wage posters at your campus, college or administrative units are updated by January 1, 2023. Consistent with prior guidance, these should be physically displayed in a manner that all employees can view them at their regular workplace. If you have a few employees who don't regularly come to the "central location" of the campus, college or administrative unit where these are posted, these posters should be posted where those employees regularly work.
