Updated Federal EEO Poster

The EEOC has consolidated two existing EEO workplace posters into one. The “EEO is the Law” and “Supplement” postings have been consolidated into a new, single posting called “Know Your Rights.” As such, the outdated postings should be removed and replaced with the new consolidated posting (the new poster is only available in English and Spanish language versions). Please note that the other EEOC-provided poster on “Pay Transparency” has not been consolidated into this new version and should still remain up. The Employee & Labor Relations web page has also been updated with these changes.

Consistent with prior guidance, these required labor/employment postings should be physically displayed in a manner that all employees can view them at their regular workplace. If you have a few employees who don't regularly come to the "central location" of the campus, college, or administrative unit where these are posted, these posters should be posted where those employees regularly work.
