Event Description:

The Office of Human Resources invites all supervisors to learn more about the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA).

The FMLA is a federal law that provides eligible employees with job-protected leave for certain family and medical reasons. During these webinars, you will learn about:

What FMLA is and who’s eligible for leave
Reasons you can take FMLA leave
How to request FMLA leave

These sessions will be led by the Leave Administration team. They will provide insights and answer any questions you may have about FMLA. Whether you’re new to the concept or need a refresher, these webinars are designed to empower you with the knowledge necessary to navigate FMLA with confidence.
