Donna Saathoff, ABD

Donna works to provide strategic direction for the University’s talent and performance management practice. She has more than 25 years of human resources experience at the University of Minnesota, including seven years in the Office of the President. She has also completed doctoral-level coursework and training in clinical psychology at Argosy University.
