Lovey is a Manager in organizational and leadership development. She manages faculty and staff leadership development programs, supports leaders in taking action on the employee engagement survey, and coaches supervisors in their skill development. Lovey completed her PhD in counseling psychology with a concentration in occupational health psychology at the University of Minnesota. She has worked as a counselor providing psychological assessment and counseling services in the Twin Cities region. She earned a BA in psychology with a concentration in Asian studies from Kenyon College.
