Shannon Luloff, MA, SPHR

Shannon is the director of talent management. She is responsible for enterprise-wide talent and performance management strategies. Before joining OHR, Shannon worked for the Health Sciences at the University and Target Corporation. She earned a master’s degree in human resources and industrial relations from the Carlson School of Management and a bachelor’s degree in human resource management.
