Event Description:

The Masonic Cancer Center and M Health Fairview are excited to host Bloom: A Breast Cancer Survivorship Program. This free event will be hosted at the Cancer and Cardiovascular Research Building (2231 6th St SE, Minneapolis MN 55455) and focuses on promoting long-term health and wellbeing to enhance quality of life. Local experts will address key topics including nutrition, sexual health, mental health, and more, all tailored to breast cancer survivors. Our goal is to empower you to navigate your breast cancer journey with the tools needed to bloom into the next chapter of your life.

Wellbeing Points: 1,000 (Masonic Cancer Center will provide information on how to claim your points after the event.)
