The SKY Campus Happiness Retreat is a breathwork, wellbeing, and resilience training tailored for staff and faculty at the University of Minnesota.
Employees will learn evidence-based breath techniques that are designed to decrease anxiety and stress, increase emotional wellbeing and social connection, and build communities of authenticity, inclusion, and respect. Content is grounded in the practice of breathwork and meditation.
What Past Participants Thought
- "The SKY Campus Happiness Retreat was transformative–I learned breathwork and meditation techniques that help me feel more grounded, present, and content. I have continued practicing the techniques I learned for almost two years now and continue to see the benefits in how I show up at work and in my personal relationships."
- "I loved the retreat. The hardest part is making the commitment to attend the first session. The other sessions are easy to attend. I learned new breathing techniques that I could immediately practice and feel the effects."
- "Do it! Really—do it! I instantly felt my nervous system shift in doing the SKY breathing practices, and that's just in a three-day retreat. It was easy for me to imagine how this could shift things for me when making this a daily practice.”
- "A wonderful experience. This was very much the right time for me, as I have been experiencing a lot of anxiety and burnout. I feel much more equipped to handle stress and my own mental wellbeing."
- “You’ll feel so good after. I feel like I have the tools that will help me continue to feel happier and calmer.”
