The Minnesota Legislature passed changes to the Public Employee Labor Relations Act (PELRA) on May 19, 2024. The changes can be found starting on page 720 of the super omnibus bill. These updates take effect on July 1, 2024. We are working with the Office of the General Counsel to understand the impact of the changes on employees and OHR.
