Laura Larson will be joining the ELR team on March 18, 2024. She has 20 years of HR leadership experience in the College of Veterinary Medicine and has been a strong partner with OHR. The University has retired the required approval process for any individual hires of Tenure or Tenure-track faculty, job offers with a starting salary of $100,000 or greater, and retention offers.
