A 360 degree assessment is a method for gathering feedback where an individual receives feedback from their professional network, including their manager, peers, direct reports, providing a comprehensive view of their strengths, weaknesses, and areas for development across a set of leadership challenges.
Our assessment and feedback process is designed to provide leaders for the future and is not a tool designed to address problematic behaviors or performance management issues. It is best used for future-oriented conversations and supporting the identification of action steps for promoting a leader’s development and capacities.
We currently offer two role-specific leadership assessment tools. Both of these 360 tools can be used as a part of a Developmental 360 process or as a part of our Stakeholder 360 process. Click on the links below to understand what roles and leadership responsibilities are covered in the assessment process.
