Update: Access to Personnel Files

As of July 1, 2024, workers in Minnesota can request to view their personnel or work records every six months and challenge any information they believe is in error. Employers must inform new hires about these rights and cannot retaliate against employees for using them.

Board of Regents Approve Graduate Assistant Contract

The agreement represents 4,500 graduate assistants and runs through June 30, 2027.
